The celebration of life was held on Feb 26th 2023 for Harold Clarence Richter at the Sunset Beach in Florida at 2PM. It was a gorgeous day, sunny and 75 degrees. Many friends old and new came to say good bye. The Navy Color Guard from McDill did the Funeral Honors and there wasn’t a dry eye that day. Harold will be deeply missed.
